Stress Risk Assessment

Support your legal duty of care with workplace stress risk assessments designed to identify and reduce work-related stress risks. We help organisations assess stressors including workload, management support, communication, role clarity and workplace culture. Our practical recommendations support employee wellbeing, reduce absence and help create healthier, more resilient teams.
Aside from a stress risk assessment being the right thing to do to proactively support the mental health and wellbeing of the people in your teams, there is also a legal obligation. By law employers should not only carry out a risk assessment to protect employees from stress at work, but they should be taking reasonable steps to proactively manage stress.
The HSE have identified 6 key areas which are the greatest contributors to workplace stress. These are:
- Demands
- Control
- Relationships
- Role
- Change
- Support
A risk assessment questionnaire can help you to identify your areas of risk. This is where we can support. From analysing the results of the questionnaire, through to making recommendations and building the base of your stress risk assessment and action plan.
